Loved my food tour today with great guide Becky Ingram. From peanut soup to salted caramel chocolate, the food was delicious, the stories were informative and the perspective was eye-opening. Crossed at least three items off my local bucket list! Highly recommend for locals and tourists.

Tasting the different venues throughout Roanoke was great----learned a lot about the Culture of the Lebanese in Roanoke and the history of the Cedars restaurant. Peanut soup in the Hotel Roanoke was fabulous. Shrimp and Grits at Billy's was wonderful. Chicken curry at Firefly tasty and of course Chocolate Paper a must stop in downtown Roanoke Gilbert was a very informative and interesting guide!!

Amelia our tour guide was great! Her memory for dates and history combined with an obvious passion for food and the city really made the tour great. It's an awesome way to spend an afternoon getting to know a new city and enjoying some really good food!!
