I was very disappointed with this tour. First, the tour guide didn't always talk into his microphone. Second, unless you were right next to the guide, all you get is static in your earphones. And there was very little talk about architecture on this tour. Furthermore, it was advertised at 75 minutes. It ended at less than 60 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Download the free walking tour and do it on your own.

I’d visited the centre previously but didn’t realise there was a tour. We got this free as part of the New York pass. Logan our tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. The facts and information were great, the art work was stunning. Didn’t realise how big the area this centre covered was. It’s quite fascinating. Excellent activity to do as part of visiting the top of the rock.

We were not told it was 12 and under at purchase. Having headphones and transponder was a disaster. It barely worked and my son was so distracted by the white noise he knocked the over a sign and injured his thumb badly. The tour guide was only interested in taking his equipment back and there was no first aide offered on the site anywhere. There was little compassion and no effort at all to attempt any customer services. For the cost it was very disappointing. The guide was knowledgeable but I would not recommend anyone spending their money on this.
