The problem was not the actual tour or the tour guide (David) the problem was the Rockefeller Center staff were absolutely CLUELESS!!! No one could tell us where to go to redeem our QR code to get a tour time. It’s was absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating experience dealing with Rockefeller Center security people. Just awful!!!

I enjoyed the explanations of the history, theme and quality of the art and architecture. However, we did NOT find the guide to be engaging nor enthusiastic about the tour, the tourists and the explanations. I would suggest the tour with a guide who is not perfunctory…

Absolutely stunning! I would honestly stay these are better views than the Empire s State Buliding. You can even see Central Park. 100% worth the money. You would not be disappointed. Its a must-do in NY!
