I was with my two sons Boy Scout Troop with a total of 27 in the group us included. Some of the group had been rafting with this same outfit three years ago and absolutely loved it. Needless to say we had a completely amazing first time rafting experience with our guide Joe with Lost Paddle Rafting. My oldest son, 14, is not the thrill seeker and does not like roller coasters so it took a lot of convincing to get him to go, but needless to say he had a great time watching the rest of the raft get thrown out at "Sunshine", he and guide Joe were able to stay in and watch, and direct the rest of us to get hauled in by the expert guidance of the other guides and rafts. Joe's expert instruction prior to the immediate exodus of the boat was instrumental in everyone knowing what to expect just in case and what to do for a prompt recovery which is exactly what happened in the short time in the water. Yes we did get thrown but it was kinda like a perfect scenario for it and it made the trip even that much more exciting and memorable for all of us in the raft. The kind of memory that lasts a lifetime and made us all eager for more and already planning our next rafting trip next year and the following!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE!!! AND THE REST OF THE LOST PADDLE RAFTING SERVICE!!!
