Our Sonoma Coast Kayak Tour takes you to the edge of the beautiful Pacific Ocean where we explore the Russian River as it meets the sea. Birds, seals, the occasional passing whale, and relaxing on the river are the highlights of this great day on the water. Expect to spend approximately 2.5 hours on this tour which includes paddling the river and walking on the beach while gazing out on the Pacific Ocean.

Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
Please bring water shoes or sandals.
We will get wet. Bring clothes you won't mind getting wet and consider bringing a change of clothes.
The weather at the coast can change quickly. Please bring an extra layer in case it is a bit chilly. It's better to have more clothes than you need rather than wish you had an extra layer.
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to supply food or beverages. If you would like lunch during or after your tour please feel free to bring something to enjoy or your guide can recommend some of our fantastic local cafes or restaurants.

Drove to Jenner from wine country to get away from the hustle and bustle for a day and was not disappointed. The scenery is great, the river calm, the guides knowledgeable and genuine. Bonus for observing seal nursing season. Don't forget to hit the Armstrong redwoods while you're up there!

This was one of the highlights of our Sonoma/Napa tour! Skip one of the winery visits, and go on this Russian River Kayaking tour. Erik is knowledgeable, thoughtful and so informative. We got to see cattle, foxes, and blue herons on the river, and then going towards the Pacific, actually saw a community of harbor seals, pelicans, and a whale! Erik said that whales were not the norm, so we were very lucky. It looked like a baby whale that may have been in distress, and we had to leave, but Erik went back to check on him, and emailed back to us that the whale was not there, and had moved on. He even gave us suggestions for our upcoming visit to San Fransisco. Can’t say enough about this trip and Erik - he’s a great guy and you’ll really enjoy this tour!

What an awesome bachelor outing! I took my groomsmen through Erik's tour and it was phenomenal. Most of the group of 7 had never kayaked before, while a couple of us have a fair amount of experience. Erik and his other guide ensured everyone was safe and having fun! They come with decades of experience kayaking all around the world. They gave us local history, as well as recommendations for other great kayaking locations. I highly recommend booking with this team! I'm tempted to do this trip again with my soon to be wife! Thanks again guys.
