Cancelled at last minute because they didn’t have quota to justify the trip. They are. Rey difficult to reach by phone, text or email. If you book online and pay online you won’t be able to reach them for questions or concerns.

We are sorry to hear you feel you did not receive our normal 5 star service. We retuned your call but were not able to leave a message. Our phone system does not have text capabilities at this time, so we did not receive a text. We also emailed you, this is how you were informed of the option to reschedule. We regret that we were not able to operate the tour that you were rescheduled to, all of the other guests were forced to cancel due to the same issue as yourself. I’ve been out several times now as a local. Very professional crew between Eric and Kiara. Took my father out this afternoon and we had a great time.

Sam and Eric were awesome. Great commentary about the beautiful homes along the river. We had a great time out on the ocean- floating mat and tube were fun and very safe. They made sure we all had whatever we needed and were great hosts. We will definitely come again!
