We had a group of mostly teenagers, and this was the perfect tour for them. Chris our guide knew how to keep our group interested and engaged. I love the history of the tour, while the teens loved using the equipment. Chris brought it all, not just emf readers. We had top of the line thermal cameras, emf, 4k video, and audio recorders, all for the ghost tour! 2 hours seemed to fly by. This is walking, but there are several places to stop and sit if needed. We did a 7pm tour in the summer, and while it was still light at the start, we got to see Savannah and all of it's beauty at dusk. Booking, payment and confirmation with T I.E. was very easy. They send a great text, with all of thr info for your booking the day of. They really have it down. Thanks for a great tour!

We had a group of teenagers and Chris did a great job keeping them engaged with his spooky stories and entertaining history of the ghosts of Savannah. We also got various equipment to help communicate with the spirits in different locations around Savannah. It was so fun and our group had a lot of fun.

The tour was super fun and informative. Josh was an excellent guide and the EMF equipment was really cool. Definitely recommend if you enjoy history and the paranormal.
