À quoi s'attendre
1
Deep Ellum
The lively Deep Ellum entertainment district is known for its vibrant street murals, quirky art galleries and long-time concert venues for indie and blues. Brewpubs, cocktail bars and Tex-Mex eateries draw a boisterous crowd on weekends, while edgy, experimental drama dominates the program at the time-tested Undermain Theatre, in a warehouse basement.
2
The Bomb Factory
In 1914, Henry Ford chose this area for his early automobile plant where the Model T was born, and has now become a music venue and event space located in the Deep Ellum district of downtown Dallas, Texas.

This was my first food tour, so I didn't know what to expect. Harley, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. Definitely cancel any dinner reservations, you will be stuffed by the end! We had the best brisket I have ever tasted, queso to DIE for, and a visit to a cheese factory that was fascinating. I had no idea about the rich history of the Deep Ellum area — an old freedman's town and business district that is now a lively bar and restaurant area. Also - there is street art everywhere along the tour. Harley also organizes arts festivals and knew some of the artists so we were able to get real "insider" facts about the murals! Overall, this was well worth the money and I will be looking for food tours when I visit other cities!
