À quoi s'attendre
1
Castle Clinton National Monument
For more than 200 years, The Battery has been an invaluable part of New York City’s history. Decades before Ellis Island was built or the Statue of Liberty gazed down at incoming boats, millions of newcomers arrived at The Battery from Europe and elsewhere.
2
Statue of Liberty
[Pedestal visit is not included] Its most notable feature is the Statue of Liberty, a large statue by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi that was dedicated in 1886.
3
Ellis Island
Ellis Island was the busiest immigrant inspection and processing station in the United States. After welcoming more than 12 million immigrants to our shores, Ellis Island is now a poetic symbol of the American Dream.

I found this tour very informative and well worth the time. We got to see both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Our tour guide was very informative and gave us lots of tips which I found very interesting! She was very upbeat and seemed to really be invested in giving us a great experience. The only thing I would comment on that they might need to work on, is where to meet the tour in the beginning. It was confusing and not easily identified up front. But once we found her, it was gold standard from then on. Highly recommend!

Kevin was an excellent tour guide! It turned out to be a private tour as no one else signed up. Lucky for us. He was very informative and could answer all our questions. One member of our group used a cane and he was very considerate of her. I would recommend him highly,

Inside out tours - DO NOT USE - We attended the tour at statue of Liberty and Ellis island , but the company has debited my credit card incorrectly.(we used the New York city pass) The company has been and continues to be very uncooperative in the refunding of the money. They have still not refunded the money to us. They leave you hanging on the telephone when you make an inquiry about getting our money back. They have dishonest business practises that reflect poorly on the Tourist industry in NYC. They refuse to cooperate in the refunding of our money. The company and its employees do not want to fix the problem. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Thank you for your feedback but we feel it is unfair. You were charged because you failed to meet with our guide as per our written cancellation policy. Our confirmation emails for the Statue of Liberty tour state that our guests should meet in front of Castle Clinton. If you make a reservation using a Pass, you must show up for a tour. You are told this policy before you make a booking and after you make a booking. You are reminded that we do not get paid unless you show up for the tour and that you will be charged because you are taking the place of a paying customer. Our tours are often sold out. Had you taken our tour, we are sure you have had a great experience. We handle thousands of Pass customers each year without issue and get excellent reviews. Thank you again for your feedback.
