The experience was very disappointing. The guide rambled, didn't really cover very much of relevance in the stars / sky; was not in tune to the audience. The boys were quickly bored. The telescopes also disappointed, it was hard to see and no one helped with the telescopes. What we saw looked nothing like pictures here. It was an expensive disappointment.

We strive to provide an engaging and educational evening under the stars for guests of all ages, and it’s clear we missed the mark during your visit. We apologize that the presentation didn’t connect with your group and that the telescopes didn’t offer the clarity you were hoping for. Our guides are trained to tailor the experience to the audience, and we’re disappointed to learn that didn’t happen in this case. We also regret that support with the telescopes was lacking — our team is normally very hands-on to ensure everyone gets a great view. We understand how frustrating it is to feel like an experience didn’t deliver, especially when it involves your time and investment. Your feedback will be shared with our team to help us improve, particularly in how we engage with families and provide better telescope guidance. Wonderful night looking at the stars! The guides were so knowledgeable. They gave history about each star, constellation, and planet they showed us. I am so glad we went on this tour!
