À quoi s'attendre
1
Oldest Wooden School House
Our tour starts here. You'll hear the story of the hold house and it's ghosts. Originally built in 1716 this is the oldest surviving wooden building in St. Augustine and has seen its fair share of history. Over the centuries its walls have been the barracks for British soldiers, a school for the youth of and the home of Juan Genopoly, a leader of the Minorcans. And their ghosts have decided to stick around. We do not go inside, it's only on the outside we tell our story.
2
Huguenot Cemetery
In 1821 when the yellow fever hit St. Augustine it killed over 400 of its residents. At the time that was more than one third of its population. In a haste the local government buried the rotting corpses of the Huguenot’s in a mass grave. You'll hear the story of the haunted burial ground and the spirits that now lurk it's grounds.
3
Potter's Wax Museum
Potter’s Wax Museum was the first wax museum in America established in 1948 and houses 160 plus creepy wax sculptures. Many of characters have long passed. The wooden building it’s housed in was built in 1739 and moved to this location in 1887. Before it was a wax museum it was a pharmacy, and said to be the oldest pharmacy in the US. And it's haunted!
4
Tolomato Cemetery
The Tolomato cemetery is the oldest burial ground in Florida dating back to the 1700’s and today it’s the final resting place to bishops, slaves, murders and over 1000 bodies lay interned in its soil. You'll hear the story of the boy that haunts it's grounds and see his headstone. To note, we do not go in the cemetery, we are only at the gate.

La plus ancienne école en bois
Notre visite commence ici.

A Must-Do in St. Augustine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re intrigued by the supernatural and love the freedom to explore on your terms, this self-guided audio tour in St. Augustine is an absolute gem. My family and I recently embarked on this spooky adventure, and it was nothing short of captivating! The audio tour takes you on a thrilling journey through the haunted history of the nation’s oldest city. We wandered the historic alleys, uncovering chilling tales tied to iconic landmarks like the Oldest Wooden School House, the Old Powder House Inn Bed and Breakfast, and other historic sites, some dating back hundreds of years. The stories were well-narrated and really brought the eerie charm of St. Augustine to life. What we loved most was the flexibility. Unlike guided tours, we could go at our own pace and schedule. With five of us, it was an economical option that didn’t sacrifice quality or engagement. Plus, it felt more personal being able to explore the locations independently as we soaked in the atmosphere of the city at night. If you’re looking for a unique way to experience the haunted side of St. Augustine, this tour is perfect for families, couples, or even solo adventurers. Highly recommend it for anyone brave enough to stroll these haunted streets alone (or with some company)! #HauntedHistory #StAugustineAdventures #SelfGuidedTour If you’re intrigued by the supernatural and love the freedom to explore on your terms, this self-guided audio tour in St. Augustine is an absolute gem. Really fun activity to do! By yourself or with friends! Travel on your on speed is one of my favorites about this! The app was pretty easy to use! Only reason I rated it 4 starts and not 5 because I wish some of the stories were a little longer. But overall I recommend for anyone needing something to do on your own time!

We learned a lot of history of St. Augustine as well as some good ghost tales. The walk is nice and you can go at your own pace.
