Grant Grove
Our next stop will be Grant Grove, a few miles into Kings Canyon National Park. This short and easy hike will surround you with Giant Sequoias, some of the largest and oldest trees in America. There is a chance to walk through the trunk of a fallen tree, stand inside a hollow tree and take tons of photos of these giants.

Roaring River Falls
Easily accessible from Zumlwalt Meadows, we'll continue onto Roaring River Falls trail, A very short, shady walk to a powerful waterfall rushing through a granite chute.

Panoramic Point
We'll end our day at the Panoramic Point overlook. This relatively short trail is about half a mile with gorgeous views of Hume Lake and the Sierra Nevada Wilderness.

Kings Canyon Visitor Center
Before leaving the park, we'll make a stop at Kings Canyon vistor center to allow you to grab souvenirs. They have books, apparel, magnets, coffee and traveler mugs, jewelry, stickers and post cards availible for purchase.

Grant Grove
Our next stop will be Grant Grove, a few miles into Kings Canyon National Park. This short and easy hike will surround you with Giant Sequoias, some of the largest and oldest trees in America. There is a chance to walk through the trunk of a fallen tree, stand inside a hollow tree and take tons of photos of these giants.

Grant Grove

Travelers will gradually decend into Kings Canyon where they will see roaring rivers, waterfalls, gorgeous granite canyon walls and possibly a bear or two! Guest have an option to do an easy hike to the meadow or waterfalls.

Alexis was a wonderful guide. She knows a great deal about the park and customized the activity level to what was appropriate for us. She even got us a cinnamon roll from a local restaurant on the way.
