Very disappointed. Total waste of 3 hours of vacation time
1:45 pm. Arrive on time as requested
1:45-2:00 - more folks gathered and waited.
2:15. No guide- no bus. (30 mins behind schedule)
2:30 I call phone # on tour website which rang among waiting tourists. Apparently, guide who is there never thought to announce herself or tell everyone that she is there (and has been there) and, more importantly, that tour bus was going to be late. (45 mins behind schedule)
2:35 - Guide announces bus is another 15 - 20 mins away. (50 mins behind schedule)
2:45 - I speak to “owner” thru guide’s phone. Told NO REFUNDS. I’m offered another date or a guarantee for my next trip to NYC. Decline offer. I was disconnected The- entire group is soaking wet. Many of tourists are very very angry. Everyone yelling.

3:00 - no bus. Screaming match between Guide and a different group of women when they are told no refunds
1.25 hours behind schedule
3:15 - no bus. We finally Left meeting spot and tried to get credit card co to refund or stop payment. Tour 1.50 hours late
This company, Despite knowing that every time dignitaries come to UN In NYC that traffic will snarl, book trips regardless. It’s not right what companies are doing to people right now. Everyone is out for themselves
We were in NYC at same time as UN Summit. Per our guide, this company knows and is aware that every time dignitaries come to UN building traffic will deadlock and become a standstill situation. However, they book these tours regardless. Acknowledgment that this type of delay happens every time. Yet they still book trips but offer no rerun of gred
