Shared round trip transfer was very good bit of a wait at the airport but when we had to return to airport they contacted us the day before confirming pick up time and they were there even a little earlier than expected a very comfortable bus and a excellent driver (female)

Difficult to communicate with customer service to confirm pick-up from hotel to airport. Hard to get through and then difficult to understand.
