I was due to arrive at DFW airport at 9:30 a.m.., plenty of time to make it to my 2:00 p.m. Sightseeing Tour of Dallas. However, due to the worse flooding that Dallas was having in years my plane was delayed and did not arrive until 1:40 p.m. I received a call from the tour guy asking where was I . I told him that I just landed at the airport. He told me that the tour was not going to take place because of the flooding. I asked him "the tour is not going to take place so I don't have to worry about missing it?" The tour guy then stated that I was correct, that I did not have to worry because the tour was being cancelled because of the weather. It seems to have been miscommunication between me and the tour guide. But what I really want to say is because my plane was delayed due to no fault of my own but an Act of God I feel that I should receive a refund.
