Fortress of the Bears was fabulous! Raptor center was great and informative! Totem park was beautiful. Viator administration needs some work. Informed us tour was cancelled when it wasn’t. No fault of tour vendor, purely a Viator thing. All worked out in the end. Christian was a great guide (Baranof Tours was terrific, especially in figuring out Viator error).

We booked with this group so we could have a small group tour. Easy to get in and out, not have to have unnecessary waiting around. The "van" had trouble so we had to wait for another vehicle. We were going to be put in a van group with another family that had added a few members to their group, with a man with a wheelchair. It would have been nice to know this could happen because it slows things down. If we had know this was possible we could have tried to make other arrangements. We were traveling with friends that needed assistance and this was our turn to have time without the need to do a tour with ADA restrictions. We fully support ADA tours and are grateful they are available. It ended up there was not enough space on that van so we were told we were going to be in a comfortable Cadillace Escalade. We were with 3 other passengers and ended up in the back of the car that had a 3rd row seat that would only fit very small children...not comfortable. We were told we were going to change into a van so we could all be more comfortable. The driver talked constantly and missed the turn for their office. The driver dropped the 5 of us off at a new first destination, and then met us at the location at the end with a van. I tried to pay in advance, but they wanted to wait for the excursion to be over. I tried to pay at the end and they were busy and not able to take my payment on the phone. I was told they would call me back to get payment. They did call and I gave my credit card and was told it would show up on my billing statement as a funeral home. Two days later another person called to get payment, I told them I had already paid. they said "oh, okay." The accounting is a mess. Over all it was poorly run, the vehicles were not great and the accounting was not managed well.

Enjoyable tour for the whole family! Our guide made a great effort in including the kids and keeping it interesting for them too! We booked separately from our cruise and had no issues.
