We had a great experience. Our guide was punctual and very knowledgeable. He had a great presence and you could tell he enjoyed talking about the haunted history.

Adults only 9pm tour: When it comes to ghost tours it can go one of two ways. You can either genuinely be interested or you will find yourself listening to cheesy stories. This is one of those tours where you will truly get into it if you are a fan of history and ghost tales. These tours value are made by the guide you get. I can’t speak for the other guides, but the guide that goes by the name Prince makes it worth every penny, so request him if possible. He is extremely knowledgeable of Savannah and it’s history. His tone of voice, flow, and body language make his stories that much believable. I found myself even getting goosebumps at certain stops from the stories he would tell. Just to be clear I haven’t received goose bumps since I was a kid. It really comes to his story telling ability. He doesn’t get to the point right away. He starts off with some background regarding the house, and then flows into the legends of the ghosts. Then at the end of some of his stops he has even went above and beyond the call of duty and shows images from his tours containing what look to be ghosts. Some being completely unexplainable. I have been on several ghost tours in Saint Augustine, and none compare to this. Thank you Prince for making this trip so memorable.

My husband and I went into this with low expectations, we thought as long as it wasn't campy or hokey we spent our time/ money well. This 9:30pm adults only tour was wonderful! Lady Ravenwood was our tour guide last night, she was awesome. As we walked through the dark and deserted streets of Savannah, she began to build up the story of the location we were about to stop at. Each of or stops had a more spine chilling story behind it than the last. The stories about these stops are haunting and will give you the creeps, especially when standing in the darkness in front of the place where it happened. This tour was in no way campy or hokey, it was fun, informative and will make you look at certain places in a completely different way now that you know what happened inside those walls! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
