The best bit was in the lift. And the view of course. Unfortunately more than 60% of the interactive screens were not working. Very disappointing especially because no one informed us and they still charged us full price when they were not giving a full service. The cafe was very disappointing, very little choice of food especially if you wanted something fresh There was just one salad the rest were wraps and pizzas Also, and this does not apply to this cafe but to all self service cafes they expect at least 15% service charge When you have to queue at the counter to give your order then go back to the counter when your name is called. This is not service. Service is when you are waited on!!!

As I researched must-do things in Seattle, the Space Needle, of course, is mentioned. I read a couple of posts, though, that said that this observatory offered better views. I agree! We looked down on the Space Needle from the enclosed observatory. The views were amazing and kept us up there for over an hour. You could see every part of Seattle. The maps and informational graphics that were posted were excellent resources to help us identify all of the great views.

This was by far one of my families favorite things! The views are incredible! We did the Space needle in the morning and the Skydeck at 8:45 pm. Highly recommend the later time. The sunset and lighting was spectacular! We saw Mt. Rainer, the mariners game, helicopters coming and going from the hospital, planes landing and taking off, the ships! All of it in 1 place!! Highly highly recommend!! Our kids are 17,15, and 9 and we took parents also and we all enjoyed it!
