We have been to Seattle a number of times as it is our favorite big city! We always find something new and fascinating about the city and the sky view observatory was our new adventure on this trip. I'm not sure how much of a convenience it was to be able to "skip the line" since there were actually very few people who were there to experience the Skyview observatory, however it was handy having the tickets already paid for and the event scheduled on our calendars.

Wonderful views ! Good service. Somewhat dates information panels in the observatory hall. Overall a good experience without the crowds of space needle

Requesting a refund as we did not use these tickets. I thought I had booked the space needle. The word Observatory had me thinking of space needle Observatory. Thank you for your consideration
