From the sky observatory you have a magnificent view of both the city and the surrounding area. When we were there it wasn't crowded. By elevator in about a minute at 300 m altitude, far above the Space Needle. You can buy different types of tickets, it is not clear why you would buy something more expensive than the standard version.

Instead of the space Neede done, 2x higher and a better view. It was very quiet and walking around the whole city viewed from above. Because it was pretty bright you could recognize a lot. Really worth the effort and price.

If you want to see Seattle from above this is it place to climb. If you arrive just before sunset and have a day with a bit of sun, the spectacle is guaranteed.
