For the positives: Dominick was a super smart guy and knew every inch of the Island - the roads, the different types of fruits, veggies, the little things about the Island. Amazing knowledge and very talented. Plus, an excellent driver and a really nice gentle fellow. Very patient and pleasant. If you needed a tour guide ever, you want Dominick. Gave excellent details about the Island. Would not have gotten it if we were on our own.

For the negatives: Too expensive. We should have done it by car. Was a little lazy to drive but if you have a car, you don't need Viator. Go on your own and take your time. The roads are fantastic and even during the holidays there is not a whole lot of traffic. You can manage.

As budget travelers we were expecting a lot for what we paid and our expectations were completely surpassed. We were picked up from our guest house which isn't located on the beach front. We were very lucky to start with, a big group had decided to rearrange their date so we had our guide, Katie all to ourselves. I was slightly worried there would be awkward moments on this 12 hour tour as there sometimes can be with tour guides but Katie was very kind and made us feel extremely comfortable from the word go. We didn't have a car for our stay on the island so we were eager to hit the big attractions which was done with ease. Katie never rushed us and gave us interesting information about the island, its history, its nature and legends as well as other places to see on our next stop to Ohau. Food was provided which we really enjoyed, neither of us felt hungry the entire trip. I can't recommend this trip more, it really hits everything you want to see and more. Katie was incredible with her knowledge, friendly and professional manner and her photography skills. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!
