Pros: The bus is comfortable enough and the speaker system is good. The guide was accommodating when one person in our party had to join the tour at a later stop. Cons: He knew almost nothing about San Francisco history and my friend who was with us who is a local was telling us so much fascinating information that he didn’t say. He filled up time telling his own personal stories. He was very negative, pointing out everything he hated: restaurants, dirty places, hippies, rich people, prices of things, how dirty and smelly things are, rules and laws, how cold and miserable the houses are. He didn’t take us on Lombard, and at Lands End Lookout, he didn’t even have us walk over to the view of the bridge. I recommend you find a tour with someone who actually likes San Francisco and knows more about it.

Dear Brooklyn, thank you for your feedback. So thank you also for the high ranking of our vehicle, we are always trying to do everything best for our customers. Talking about our tour guide, Michael, who did the tour with you that day, I can say that Michael is an extremely experienced guide with lots of excellent reviews and he shares lots of information with other tour guides and the customers. I regularly visit my guides' tours myself to be sure they are doing their tours perfectly and can't confirm your words about his tours. Moreover, I should add that it's impossible to bring you to Lombard street in such a vehicle because there is a sign on Lombard street prohibiting large vehicles, but all our guides always show this street to our customers from the bottom or from Telegraph Hill. If you wanted to see something special, you can always ask the guide/driver about it and he will bring you there for sure.

The entire afternoon trip with Randy was FANTASTIC !!! It was only Peter & I in his spotless Volvo & we saw every neighborhood in San Francisco ! He stopped at Presidio air base area & we walked around with Randy describing it. We stopped at other famous sites for pictures. Randy told us a lot about history & stories of different neighborhoods & personal experiences. I also got great restaurants to go to. We did not know about the Academy of Science which we went to the following day & thoroughly enjoyed ! I would highly recommend Randy as your tour guide !!! Dawn & Peter

My parents, my boyfriend and I are really happy we took this tour. And thank you to Mr. Randy he was a really good tour guy. My parents don’t know English really well but they understood a lot. Also we all liked that he shows pictures of how the buildings look at night and how they look back then. Thank you Mr Randy we had a great time. We will so do it again next time we are in town.
