This place is full of Amazing artifacts, but clueless management.
The signage, from pay to park; to which timed admission lines to get into; to which steps or elevator to and from the space shuttle, atop the 747- absolutely horrible.
I noticed this as we approached as first timers there. I studied the crowds all day.
There was so much confusion, back tracking, and just poorly executed presentation.
Someone needs to be fired and replaced by a Disney or Universal Studios type crowd mgmt PROFESSIONAL!
Big concert area, only accessible, by cutting thru the long lines in the food court- wth??
Trams, that park, and let people off to walk only on the grass? No sidewalk??
The sound system on the tram narration was un-understandable, and I have pretty good hearing for 58 years of age.
The presentor on the stage of the simulated space lab, with all the benches in front, sorry, but someone needs to run the sound board, very hard to understand, like the treble knob was turned to 11.
I could go on and on. I love NASA, but boy, oh boy, this place, designed for perhaps half or quarter the size crowds.. really, really needs some ...
And LEADERSHIP that understands crowd management and engagement.
