  • 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
  • 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
  • 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
  • 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

Great stories and we loved walking around the fort at night. We even took a photo of a ghost! See attached photo; zoom in on the white orb, you can see a face of a ghost!

Chief was a great guide and had a lot of historical knowledge of the area! He ensured everyone's safety in the bad weather we encountered and still ensured everyone had a good time.

Highly recommend this tour. My wife and I did this tour while in St Augustine for our anniversary. We wanted something different to do on a Friday night. This tour is an excellent blend of history, sightseeing, and paranormal activity. This is not a hokey jump scare tour it’s more about learning. Our tour guide, “Chief” was excellent guide, informative and entertaining. He did a great job telling the stories of the spirits that linger and the various spots throughout St Augustine. At the end of each story he would then point out where pictures, sightings had taken place. Overall great time and very interesting. If looking to learn more about this city’s rich culture, history and straggling spirits would definitely check it out.
