This small-group tour is limited in order to maintain an atmosphere suitable for the ghost walk.

  • A Ghostly Encounter’s Storm Policy (as follows)
  • 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
  • 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
  • 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
  • 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

My teen daughter and I took this tour with Cassie. She did a great job bringing history to life and spooky tales of multiple sites of St. Augustine in the walking tour. Started on time and ended on time. Small group size so we could all hear her. Very knowledgeable.

We went at night and walked to the best parts of town. You want Kevin as your tour guide- he was great! He was a good story teller and funny.

We’ve gone on several ghost tours in different cities. This one wasn’t our favorite but enjoyed it. Enjoyed the stories. Wished we went to more locations.

We can't be everyone's favorite, but we do appreciate the review. Our tour goes past at least 5 locations, we don't overload the tour route as to keep the walking to around one mile. Again, thank you for spending time with us!
