My daughter and I was on a trolley today. Our first two drivers were awesome. The third driver however was quite mean. Unfortunately I did not get his name but we were in the third car and there was a sticker on the back of the second car that said 50a. not sure if that helps. However, we were turning into the distillery and my daughter foot was hanging a little outside of the trolley car. The driver said I need the pink shoe back inside the trolley. And immediately yelled PINK SHOE IN SIDE THE TROLLEY! Well first of all it takes a second to understand what he was saying and the fact that my daughter has aniexty issues that's triggered by large crowds and since the train was full she had her headphones in so she wouldnt have an aniexty attack made me take about 4 seconds to notice he was talking about her. But by then he had yelled again. I would appreciate if you would tell your workers that it takes more than a half a second to notice that something is wrong and maybe he needs a little more training. This happened between 2:30pm and 3pm on 7/20/21

We make safety announcements at each of our stops in an effort to remind our guests that the safest position on the trolley is with all extremities inside the car at all times. Excellent way to tour the city! The people were fabulous and very knowledgeable. The 2nd day it rained. Not just a small rain but flooding type rain. Old Town Trolley had us covered, literally. They furnished us w/ponchos to help keep us dry. That was much appreciated since we were in the middle of the tour and unprepared. We learned so much about the city. We got to relax after walking for so long and see parts of the city we either just walked by or hadn't reached. There were plenty of stops to get dropped off or picked up. It was like traveling first class.

Exactly as described. Never had to wait long for a trolley. The history was very entertaining. Our first driver was the best. We got there early and just rode the entire loop, listened to the history, then decided where to hop off. Great experience. Definitely recommend.
