By time we got through horrible traffic to get to St Augustine we were 2 minutes too late to check in for the trolley ride. My grandson was with me and he and I were terribly disappointed. We were told to walk nearly a mile to the station and they would accommodate us. However, when we got to the station we were told we could not use our tickets. It was a waste of $65 and would NEVER RECOMMEND BUTYINF TICKETS IN ADVANCE!!! Happy New Year.

A less than enjoyable experience. We bought tickets several days ahead, expecting to expedite the wait. Instead, we had to wait more than half an hour in the regular ticket line to obtain a sticker pass. We then realized that the line at Stop One was very long and would probably be another half hour wait, so we decided to walk. After touring the Castillo de San Marcos we hopped on the trolley across the street from there. The tour guide was very informative and entertaining. We got on and off several times with no problems. It rained most of the day and ponchos were provided. One of the drivers pointed out and recommended Carmelo's Pizza across from San Sebastion Winery, so we rode the trolley back to the parking lot and drove back to Carmelo's. The pizza was excellent! One consideration when deciding to purchase the Trolley Tour was the convenient free parking, but that was a mistake because a lot of the parking lot became a muddy mess with the rain.

The Old Town Trolley tours were very informative. The hour & a half tour took u around town & explained many landmarks & the history behind them. Well worth the money. The only negative was there weren’t enough trolleys running for the crowd between Christmas & New Years.
