When you hear people talk about Salem, often times the first thing that comes to mind is Witches, and Halloween, and ghosts and spooky fun, but there's so much more lurking in the shadows. Salem is nearly 400 years old and just like all of us, it has a dark side. An underbelly wrought with stories for the ages. Join us for our 90 min evening walking tour as we wander through the shadows and hear stories about pirates and pepper, secrets of the oldest cemetery in Salem, brutal murders, strange legal battles, curses, spiders, torture, and of course a ghost story or two. We invite you to be part of our story and Uncover Salems dark past. -All tour guides are licensed by the City of Salem and are professional storytellers .

Great experience with Salem Uncovered! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained several tales of murder and hauntings in Salem.

Tour was a little boring. Most sites were seen from a distance using a laser pointer. Stories dragged on and didn’t have much to keep your attention. While I understand it was meant to be more fact-based than story-telling, I think our guide could have been more engaging/entertaining.
