We had to cancel due to a death in the family… they offered to do another date but we were in the area for vacation and had to leave. I thought they might be understanding and sympathetic to the situation…long story short they would not refund our money. About 150.00 down the drain! 🤨

As a seasonal business, we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible, especially during unforeseen circumstances. When you called and needed to cancel, we offered a rain check valid for up to a year, hoping it would provide you with the flexibility to reschedule at your convenience. Unfortunately, as a last-minute cancellation significantly impacts our operations, we are unable to offer refunds in such cases. We understand this was a difficult time for you, and we sympathize with your situation. Please know that our policies aim to balance fairness to our customers and our business’s sustainability. It was a great experience. We were able to watch dolphins. The captain and the crew were friendly. Great experience overall.
