Felt safe send cared for throughout; manta rays showed up! They are beautiful and majestic. Appreciate the attention and help of wonderful crew—Diego, Mitch, Tamae, and Trevor. Tamae was great with Japanese kids aboard. Love the photos and video of our trip that the crew (Tamae?) provided.

Fantastic! This company was recommended by our concierge at Hilton Waikoloa, and we were blown away. Skipper Amy and crew Maddie and Tamae were attentive, energetic and professional. We saw spinner dolphins on the way to the snorkel site, but unfortunately no whales. Within maybe 10-15 minutes of getting on the water, the manta rays turned up. Over the next 40 or so minutes, we had about 4 separate rays visit our board over and over to feed. Maddi was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of info about each ray. We opted for wetsuits but the water was warm enough to go without. No need to feel anxious, the rays steer clear of contact but do get very close, and can’t hurt you. 100% recommend this company and tour. Oh, and Tamae shared many great photos and videos from her GoPro!

The experience was not what we expected. Pretty unprofessional and not very safety oriented. Super loud music blaring above the sound of the boat - which was already very loud. Can’t help but wonder how it affected the sea life.
