They take your money - it's not refundable and you get nothing! The directions come with a greyed-out app link - first hint it won't work. Copy it into your browser and try it per their directions and you get a error message - the app is deactivated! Try it with your phone number and your reservation is not found! Worst experience! Hint: walk around Ybor and read the all the historical markers and save yourself the $12.00

My group and I had a fun time. It was HOT, but worth the sweat. It was a fun and easy way to learn about the city. Our only issues was having to take all of those photos. One or two, ok, but man I lost count. Still, I say it was worth it for sure!

It was fun. Shorter than others I've done but that's reflected in the price. I learned a few things! App worked fine and we ended up back close to where we started, which was nice. Because it's shorter I would say it was definitely kid friendly. I think if I did it again I'd choose a different location with possibly more to see. All in all, it wasn't bad.
