The app was difficult to get started. It was not intuitive at all. I had to call for help. Once it started working it crashed and never started working again. I feel like the money was not worth the aggravation and I would not do this ever again.

It was a lot of fun! Initially hard to navigate the app but the customer service rep walked us through and was a great help. Once started it was a blast!

We weren’t able to do the hunt at all because when I tried to access the app to start, it said my code has already been redeemed. I tried two different codes but nothing worked. Waste of time and money and am very disappointed in the lack of support and clear directions. Nothing in the confirmation email clearly shows what your code is for the hunt and it’s curious that my code had been redeemed since I’d never downloaded the app before.
