  • Les passagers doivent arriver 45 minutes avant l'heure de vol prévue avec une pièce d'identité. Il est fortement conseillé d'arriver avant l'heure d'enregistrement pour éviter frais de retard facturés *** *** PRIX DES FRAIS DE RETARD *** Les passagers qui n'arrivent pas 45 minutes avant l'heure prévue du vol se verront facturer des frais de retard de 50,00 $ par personne. Les passagers arrivant 30 minutes ou moins avant l'heure de vol prévue se verront facturer des frais de retard de 100,00 $ par personne.
  • New York Helicopter a le droit d'annuler, de modifier ou de retarder tout vol à tout moment pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris la météo conditions, restrictions de vol temporaires mises en place par la FAA, nombre minimum de passagers non atteint pour la visite, maintenance de l'hélicoptère et toutes autres circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté.

By mistake I booked the flight without noticing it flew from NJ, I booked a taxi which would wait for us when there. We registered, then waited for over an hour, passed the time of the flight by 20 mins before anyone contacted us, I had to give taxi $90 for waiting. No communication as to why we were delayed !

Firstly if you buy this, make sure you check how you will get there. It does clearly say but we hadn't realised that it flies from New Jersey not new York, it's really quite far away. It was about 45 minutes in a taxi from the city. Secondly when you get there there are no signs for the company you buy this from. It's a different company which I can't remember the name of now on the building. To be honest the staff in the place you go to first aren't great. Firstly they didn't seem to have any idea about our flight. Then sent us to sit down. Called us, got us to move, said they'd come back and didn't for ages. No explanation. Well past our flight time. It turns out someone was late. We would happily have waited but a little communication would have stopped us feeling annoyed at being left to wait. However, everyone we encountered after leaving that building, the driver of the van, the attendants getting us onto the helicopter and the pilot all were great . They made it a memorable experience and were so friendly and helpful. My husband got to sit in the front which was awesome as it was his birthday so a great treat for him. We went up the rockerfella, the empire State and caught ferries but no where did we get views of the city or the statue of liberty that even came close. We would 100% reccommend this and it is totally worth the trip out to new Jersey!

Did this trip and it was excellent. Looked after from start to finish. Was meant to be 12 mins but last 28 mins for us, pilot was great. There was no fly fee either so turned up and only paid the price advertised. Highly recommend!
