Booked our tour for tuesday. Got a call monday that they couldnt do the tour due to some sort of renovation or something so it was moved to the thursday morning. We got to the adress right before we got another call that they couldnt do the flight at 11 am (which we scheduled days ago) and blamed it on the airport being closed. They moved our appointment to 1 pm. We waited there for hours and called the company again, they asked us to wait patiently and so we did. Later, around 12 a'clock, we got another call. The flight was gonna have to be scheduled even later, talking 3 pm. They urged us to opt for the refund since they wouldnt want to let us wait for that long. Besides, the area where we were in served crazy expensive coffee, it was freezing and is wasnt even of this company but they made another company drive their customers to the airport. The one star is because it was quite easy to contact them. The people were rude and frustrated which didnt improve our mood either. Not even sure if we got the money back yet but i'm assuming that will be sorted. Anyhow, definitely not recommend this company at all. Ruined half of our day in NYC.
