Tour operator did not show up. Received confirmation 8:12 evening before with pickup time - 9am , and location (hotel). Tried calling starting at 8:45 and then 9:15. office closed, mailbox full, could not leave a message. Did leave an SMS number for callback - none received. At 10:00 got hold of Viator Customer Service, who also tried to contact operator and could not. Waited till 10:30,

Eric was a friendly and well- informed guide. We enjoyed spending the day with him. We really enjoyed learning about LBJ and loved Fredericksburg.

We apologize if our guide said anything inappropriate. 99 out of 100 times we get very positive reviews of our guides. We have already contacted the guide on you tour and have arranged for re-training on tour content and customer service. One of the areas that we emphasize is that tours are meant to be fun and informative and that guides should keep their personal feelings about things to themselves.
