This was one of the very best guided historical tours I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize it would be a private tour, which was so much more special than a group tour. Our tour guide, Elizabeth, was dressed in period clothing, which made the tour more authentic. Her presentation was a full 2 1/2 hours filled with information, hitting the highlights of the local history and the colonial way of life. This tour was a great way to start a colonial Williamsburg stay! We will recommend this tour to friends.

Sylvia was a wonderful tour guide, so friendly and knowledgeable. She navigated our group through highlights of Williamsburg and made a special effort for us to see the craftsmen and women who were practicing their historic arts. Sylvia also made a special effort to find us the "necessaries" and places to rest our tired feet when appropriate. We all had a wonderful experience.
