Kenny our bus driver was personable and entertaining!! We had the bus to ourselves so he shared alot about himself and living in Juneau!

Our ship arrived 6 hours late. Blue Bus service not available so we had to miss the glacier. Hard to get accurate info from their site to clarify things

Terry, we were so heat broken when we were unable to take any guests to the Mendenhall Glacier. We know that for most of you that this was a once in a lifetime cruise! We just didn't have enough time to get ALL of you to the Glacier and return before your ALL ABOARD times. If we could have taken all of you, we definitely would have. We are still talking about this VERY late ship. This has never happened in the 16 years since the owner started her business. We sincerely hope that it never happens again. Tammy

A narrated bus ride to the glacier to see Amazing views. Get there early as the last bus is at 6 and there are many trails.
