Overall the weather was poor, we still enjoyed viewing the glacier up close. We waited an hour for the bus to return. It left early to take people back to the ship who should have gone earlier. I did not like waiting in the cold for the blue bus. That is my only regret

I am so sorry you had to wait. I’m not sure what happened as the Blue buses run every minutes like clock work. I do get calls frequently and folks are waiting at the wrong bus stop. Again sorry for any confusion.

Driver great. Do not rely on times to leave Juneau. Info said buses start at 8. No bus until 12:30. Seemed to be geared specifically for cruise people. We were not on a cruise.

I am so sorry. We do find the need to base our departure times on the cruise ships most days. If we didn’t we would be doing a one hour round trip for a couple of guest sometimes and the price of fuel just doesn’t allow us to. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
