Easy way to see the glacier without spending the money of an excursion. It is exactly what it says it is. No thrills, just a bus ride done and back, leaving every 30 minutes. They do give a narrations on the way to and from. I definitely would recommend!

This was a great alternative to paying a costly excursion fee. They drive you to the Mendenhall Glacier and give you a guided tour along the way. They go back and forth between the port every 30 minutes.

We were lucky enough to have an older gentleman that had raised his kids in the area. Just to hear some of the stories on how things work in Juneau compared to the lower 48 is fascinating. It is a no thrill bus ride to and from the glacier. They were on time and the cheapest way we could find to get down to the glacier.
