This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The trolley did not have air conditioning. Hot air was blowing from the vents. This was a waste of $50 and not worth the cost.

We are extremely sorry about your experience. One of the 2 Air conditioning units on the vehicle stopped working on the hottest weekend of the year. It was 95° outside and one unit just couldn't overcome the heat.

This was our first time in Chattanooga. We are really glad we took the "flash tour." It introduced us to many things we did not expect. Our guide gave a great summary of the history of the city. He also pointed out many sights that are must see destinations. Unfortunately we were not in town long enough to see much, but based on what we saw on the tour, we will definitely be back.
