Michael was a fantastic guide and made the whole experience really special. Every little detail was thought of. The kit was top quality and totally waterproof - the waders had fully attached neoprene feet (unlike much of the stuff you get from the local Narrows rental stores) meaning we were completely dry and warm through the whole hike, and we were provided with two proper trekking poles per person rather than the one wooden pole provided as part of the rental kit, which with the current and the rocks was a game changer. The early start meant we had the place to ourselves for the first half of the morning, and Michael's knowledge of and passion for the Narrows (and the whole park) was infectious and made the experience even more memorable, allowing us to feel more safe and go further than we would have done on our own. And all topped off by cups of hot tea and a lovely picnic lunch! We'd highly recommend Michael to anyone considering doing the Narrows - it was worth every penny!

We had the most amazing experience with Michael as he expertly guided us through the Narrows! His knowledge, expertise and ability to anticipate our needs made the whole experience memorable! We saw so many people attempt the Narrows without the proper equipment and ultimately turn back. Because of Michael, we had everything we needed for equipment and his knowledge as he expertly guided us through the best routes to navigate the currents. Highly recommend!

Awesome trip and excellent guide. Cheese platter was a good reward when we got to the mid point. Moises was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Waders and waterproof boots were a must and kept us warm.
