We brought the 5 day pass and I would highly recommended this pass to anyone going NYC and wanting to do the attractions. It has saved us money and so easy to get into places and no issues, just show the QR bar code and sorted. Made the holiday easier by buying this before hand and not having to spend out money for the attractions while there. Worth getting.

I bought a 2 day NY Pass, $368, 2 people, even though the conciege in the hotel advised me not to. Well the problem is that you can only see a max of 4 attractions a day. This is because of travelling time. We used Bigbus and went to the Statue of Liberty, starting at 9.00am. Well because of traffic etc, we ended the tour, back on Battery Park at 1.30pm. So in practice you cannot see many attraction a day. As the cociege said, better to get a NY sightseeing pass and put on, say 7 attractions, as You have 30 Days, not just 2 to see them in. So think about it. We found the NY Pass a waste of money, as if we had bought the sight seeing pass, we could have used more days of our holiday to see the sights. Not just the 2 on the NY Pass.

Thank you for taking the time to review The New York Pass. We appreciate all of the feedback. With the pass, there are no limitations on the amount of attractions you can visit each day. We normally recommend starting the pass as early in the day as possible to make the most of your time. Unfortunately, during peak season in NYC, some of the attractions may have longer wait times than normal, and street traffic can be heavy as well for the Big Bus. We are terribly sorry you were not satisfied with the product.

Thank you for taking the time to review The New York Pass. We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, NYC street traffic can get very congested and there may be detours around the city. We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the bus tour but are happy to hear you enjoyed the pass at the other attractions included.
