We landed at JFK very early but for Vini, our driver, this was not a problem at all and he dropped us off at Kixby Hotel (a great holtel) early too. Making a good start to the week. Booked them again for return to JFK. (beautiful Chevrolet Suburban SUVs)

We booked the transfers with ease, and communication was great at first. Pickup was fairly easy, although they weren’t waiting within baggage claim the vehicle was right out side when we came out with our bags. The vehicle was clean, and the driver was great. However, we were dropped off at the wrong location. I’m not upset or planning the company for the location error. The part that frustrates me the most is the driver said no worries, just communicate with the company via text and they will take care of transporting you once you’re able to verify the correct address. I reached out the night of 10/14 and still have not received a response a day later…. Fortunately Uber was able to assist, but was sad to purchase a premium transfer and receive better service from Uber. As a travel agent with clients traveling to the New York area I probably will select another option for airport transfers to be assured if an issue does arise things will be handled and we will receive a response, instead of being left stranded at a hotel with no availability.

I understand your frustration but it was not the company's error, the driver informed you of the situation but it was after 7pm on Saturday and the office had already closed, you made the hotel reservation and the driver dropped you off at the hotel you selected. Unfortunately, we would not be available to take you to another hotel that is 1:30 hours away from the location you booked. So think again because this situation was not our mistake. We fulfill what we promise and deliver the best. The driver said he gave several tips on places and did his best for you. but he had another job at the moment making it impossible to help at the moment and he did the standard procedure which is to contact the office but as I said on Saturday we closed at 7pm and you sent a message at 7:20pm. Unfortunately, your assessment does not match the company's conduct.

Top notch service. Very clean and roomy, large SUV. Large enough for four adults and enough luggage for an 11 night cruise. Very reliable and friendly driver. Will use this service again.
