Fun family adventure zip lining across the magnificent landscape in Hawaii. Great, friendly staff that worked hard to ensure everyone felt comfortable with the experience. Would definitely return to try all the other activities on site.

They surprised us with a Covid vaccine card request without letting us know in the initial email communication. This was stressful and unprofessional. Fortunately we found pics of them on our phones. They said in the email communication that they would provide gear if it was raining. They told me at check in that rain ponchos would be provided. It was raining during our entire experience yet rain gear/ponchos were never offered or provided. On the zip line I would turn facing backwards. I asked one of our guides if there was a way I could get myself facing forward again. They said “no, its just s thing that happens because of how you are built”. I finally asked another customer and they gave me instructions on what to do. Why don’t the employees have knowledge of what to do?

When guests book their reservation(s), they are required to check a box (at the end) that includes the following copy: “Participation Requirements: Please be prepared to provide your Safe Travels negative test results or your proof of vaccination at check-in.” Also, our check-in procedures page on our website clearly states: “Please present your Vaccination Card. If not vaccinated, a Negative Covid Test Result is required.” We apologize for not offering a poncho. We usually do if it's raining when guides and guests are gearing up. Perhaps the guides were distracted and forgot. It is common for guests turn facing backwards during their zipping experience. And all guides are aware of how to coach and instruct guests for this. I am not sure if the guide misunderstood the question, however, we will bring this up to our staff to reiterate the message. Thank you.

This was I e of the best experiences I had while ziplining. We actually did the 9 Zipline. Rather than hiking we took a van to the first and then had tandem followed by single rides down the hill. The guides, Kelly, Mika and John were the best in the business. The views were spectacular and I would do it again!!! Must do on the big island!!
