A super experience.... my two tween sons really enjoyed our tour and it was a highlight of their NY itinerary. Our guide was delightful and the doughnuts were fantastic. More than enough to eat .... go with an empty stomach!! Drink included in first stop. Not too much walking, good route and ideal for families.

Loved that the tour included interesting historic facts and info about the architecture. And that it took place in flatiron/Chelsea/the village- areas that a lot of tourists miss. I’d say the guides were ok -there were only 4 people on the tour (2 adults 2 kids) and 2 guides. I felt like they were asking us a lot of questions to make conversation but not really moving the conversation forward. So it felt like a lot of work when I was trying to relax and enjoy! Also a lot of references to 9/11 including a description of “gurneys” in front of a hospital. That was a little unpleasant. Surprisingly I thought the donuts were mostly just ok? But interesting to hear the backstories of the shops/owners etc
