My wife enjoyed this very much. We chose first class, so my review is of first class only; we do suggest first class, but the train ride goes the same places for all classes, so that is the reader's decision. On first class, you get to sit in nice chairs and have a table for 2 in an air-conditioned coach with other people. If you are a larger group, they seat you on nice couches and you have a table arranged between two facing couches. They provided for each of us a bottle of water and a covered plastic tray with deli meats and cheeses, crackers, brownie bites, and grapes. I did not eat lunch before the trip, my wife had a wrap from the railroad cafe which she liked (the snack box is not intended to be your lunch). I found the items in the snack box to satisfy my appetite and my wife did not eat all of her snacks on the trip. They have beverages for purchase on the train. We found the scenery on the trip to be very interesting. The coaches are arranged so that there is an open air observation car between two coaches and the passengers may go out onto that car for better viewing. Some stayed out for a long time, others moved between the coach and the observation car at various times during the trip. An employee of the railroad is in each coach to answer questions and to act as a host/hostess and on the observation car to answer questions. We were there mid-week and the train was full. We talked with people who were on a waiting list that were successful in getting on the train on short notice. I like trains and I liked the trip, so did my wife. Nice slow ride, nice scenery, nice people, nothing hokey like a "train robbery" or bad jokes. Railroad themed music at an appropriate level during 'quiet' parts of the trip. We have been on a number of tour trains; this one is one of the better ones. If you book this train, go to Clarkdale early and look around especially the copper museum.

WOW! We so appreciate it when a customer takes time to share their experience but yours has just made our day, our week, our month and our year! We truly love what we do and respect that we are located in such an awesome place. Our staff will hear about this in our weekly meeting and, rest assured, there will be grins from ear to ear. Thank you so much.
