The best part of the trip was how close we were to the rock formations and nature. The staff was excellent and the car was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They told us to arrive one hour before and it felt too early. We were waiting for more than an hour (approx 90 mins) before boarding process even started. There were not enough shaded tables to eat lunch. Besides the long wait and not enough shaded tables, the trip would get 5 stars. As a side note, maybe the music during the journey could get updated.

Don't eat before you get there! The food and drinks are aplenty! The staff are amazing. The train is super comfortable. Lots of access both inside and outside. It's a gorgeous party of our country that you couldn't see otherwise.
