This was definitely worth it, and my 17-year-old son really enjoyed the submarine. A unique experience. We got to see stingrays, turtles, a shark, and lots of unique fish. It was also great to know that they have put a lot of effort into creating the man-made reefs to help the marine eco system.

This was a fantastic way to see what is going on below the surface. It was clean, comfortable and easy. It didn't require any special equipment or training and we saw a lot of sea life in all sizes including a small shark that was sleeping on the bottom. The shuttle ride out to the submarine was also a nice short trip with great views of Waikiki and Diamond Head. I'd do it again and recommend it.

Enjoyed this is it gets you down to the sea floor and artificial reefs without having to dive down or learn to scuba. Was expecting slightly more natural vs artificial reefs and inside is definitely small and slightly cramped if you’re a bigger person. Saw turtles, sharks, pufferfish, and tons of different fishes.
