What a unique and once in a life time experience! A tad expensive, but worth it. The downed boats and planes were awesome to see.

Solo traveler here. This experience was WONDERFUL, from start to finish. The Atlantis Sub phone staff (who also man the oceanside/beach booth) was so careful and considerate. On my first attempt to take this excursion, I got lost and traffic was intense (meaning I was late). I gave up, presuming I'd lost my opportunity and money. Instead? Atlantis Sub called ME before I left the area. Instead of cancelling or refusing a refund? They asked if I wanted to reschedule(!). I DID. The Atlantis Sub staff offered lots of options re: new dates; they also took pains to make sure that I understood where to park and how to get there. They even called a couple of times to ensure I had good directions for my rescheduled tour. Talk about customer service; just WOW! On the tour, members of the crew -- without being overbearing or intrusive -- politely connected with me, giving me tips, information, and just generally chatting me up (I was a Party of One). So friendly. Our guide was a JOY: so funny, generous, patient, and respectful. The captain was careful and professional. Underwater sights will not disappoint; the "OOHS!" and "AHHHS!" were plentiful. The sea is the star of the show and does not disappoint. Note also: this was not a crew that tried to "hard-sell" ANYTHING; buying pics, food, drink, and merch were left up to you. Even at the end, no one positioned themselves to get a tip. Though I happily tipped our guide? I appreciated the "no pressure" approach. I'd definitely return. What a lovely outing.

This is a very good event for all the family, age 8 and up. Meet at the Hilton village pear, and it is very easy to walk and access. This event is wonderful, and the staff is well versed. There are two ships, and aircraft. One has to use a latter, with railing to get into the craft. In this craft the ports are bigger and allow more viewing area. one will descend to 106 ft and see many aquatic life. well worth the price.
