While the idea was good, execution was not. Spent roughly 45 minutes listening to our guide talk about herself, her dead husband & her pistol while she sat on the curb. What we did see was interesting, but we saw so little. I feel disappointed in this excursion.

Annette is full of historical knowledge of Galveston Island. She made the tour both interesting and fun. She even has her own collection of photos she has taken that she shares during the tour. Easy to book and easy to find. Plenty of area to park as well.

Our tour guide (Annette) was very knowledgeable of Galveston’s history and that of the cemetery. She had several great stories behind some of the cemetery’s residents. While we didn’t experience any supernatural activity, she showed us some incredible photos she had taken - a nun from the orphanage that was a victim of the 1900 hurricane and a little boy named Albert. Wish we had more time to hear more stories. Even if you’re not a believer, you’ll still enjoy learning about Galveston’s history from a slightly different perspective.
